All I know is that there is a lot of packet loss going on when I play GW and that the problem is isolated to GW as far as I am concerned. I stopped counting the amount of times where people just start warping all over the place and it's not just me complaining about it. GW has to be the game with the most unstable ping I have ever played(Why does the green bubble turn red so often .. Even when just sitting there idle in the GH?)The problem seems to be a lot worse during prime time, which seems to suggest that their server farm just can't handle the load.
Whoever is to blame, it is really annoying.

Yeah it isn't Anet's fault or the OPs, but somewhere in between where it's happening. But I always find it better to blame Anet for everything cause of what they've done to GW, so good on you OP for blaming Anet. But yeah it's not their server because a large majority, if not everyone, would be having the problem as well.

ANet can not nor should not be held responsible for equipment or service outside their control. That means it's not their business to monitor every ISP, all the intermediate connections and equipment running between their server and every computer, nor the proper installation and configuration of every computer network attempting to connect to their service.

Its definitely not happening to everybody else though. When it is, you'll hear about it in SPADES in this forum (like last month during the MATS there were clearly issues on A.net's side). Basically, if there isn't a thread about it up already, I doubt you'll be the guy who mentions it first.

Last two weeks, no problems of any kind. I'm on the US server.

Wel it happens to me too... Usually when I try to log in today it loads to 100% and stays there for eternity, when it does load I get err7 in a matter of seconds.

Playing on Int/Asia districts seems to solve the problem of high latency, at least for me. But when I pvp... well it comes back in full force.
